As Head Chef ( – Greek Cuisine), you will take full ownership of a dedicated culinary concept, leading the kitchen team and delivering authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect both tradition and Hard Rock standards.This role is key to the success of the outlet and requires a confident leader who leads from the front, sets clear standards, and delivers excellent service.Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards
Drive kitchen performance through strong leadership and clear direction
Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance
Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
Strong expertise in Greek cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
A hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and accountability
Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and compliance
