Our client is a household name in Malta and as they are growing they wish to engage a Senior Sales Manager (FMCG) to help them drive company growth.The Role

You will report to the General Manager and focus on increasing revenue and market share.
You will ensure that profitability is attained as per pre agreed strategy.
You will plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing strategies.
You will lead a medium sized team.
You will be part of the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

You must have a strong sales experience in FMCG with at least 3 years experience in Senior Management
Have experience leading a sales team
Have strong strategic leadership skills
Experience in customer segmentation and financial management is a must
Must have FMCG sales experience
