Our client, a leading Malta-based law firm specialising in emerging technologies, is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their growing team.Main Responsibilities :
  • Lead complex regulatory compliance projects across EU and international jurisdictions with a focus on emerging tech sectors.
  • Deliver high-level strategic legal advice on frameworks including MiCA, DORA, AML6, EU Gaming Laws, and international crypto regulations.
  • Manage cross-border client relationships and oversee sophisticated legal transactions.
  • Mentor junior legal professionals and support international business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in global regulatory regimes related to Digital Assets, Gaming, and AI.
  • Proven leadership and client management experience in a cross-border legal environment.
Education and Experience
  • Law degree or equivalent EU legal qualification with 4 years of relevant legal experience.
