Branch Operations - Junior/Senior Officer (Reliever)

• Coordinate Head Office staff to relieve branch personnel, in liaison with Motor and Personal Lines management
• Handle of incoming business enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction with clients
• Negotiate and define specific terms of insurance policies with clients as per Delegated Authority
• Promote and upsell the company's insurance products
• Obtain, handle, and process of customer documentation
• Issue of insurance policies, quotations and renewals, and processing of claims
• Produce reports that may be required from time to time
• Operationally, coordinate with all stakeholders in all departments for the execution of related tasks

• Insurance experience (1+ year preferred) 
• A relevant qualification in insurance would be ideal
• Highly driven and positive
• Organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing situations 
• Able to speak both English and Maltese fluently (required)
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
