The group employs over 190 people from over 27 countries around the world with Assets Under Management and Administration of over 3 billion.Summary of PositionThe Senior FinOps Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, with a focus on transaction reconciliations, approval of manual entries, and resolution of outstanding items. The role includes supporting junior staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reconciliations, supporting customer care with transaction-related queries, and preparing key reports.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPreparation of daily reconciliations of cards transactionsOversight and review of reconciliations performed by junior team membersDaily review of transactions reports and investigation of reconciling itemsSupport the Customer Care team with feedback on any client queries in relation to cards and other client transactionsDrafting of Standard OperatingAssisting in any other ad-hoc reporting as it may be requiredExperience and Education RequirementsEducational background in a related field such as Banking, Finance or AccountingExperience in Operations department in financial services industryExperience in card transactions reconciliations will be considered a plusSkill RequirementsPositive can-do attitude and attention to detailAble to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesRemunerationWe are committed to attracting and selecting top people to join our team.
