- Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple kitchen sections as required
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and daily kitchen operations
- Assist with food preparation, monitor inventory levels, and support ordering to minimise waste
- Rotate between kitchen stations to ensure smooth service and operational flow
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
- Supervise, guide, and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained across all sections
- Proven experience as a Chef Tournant, Chef de Partie, or in a similar role within a high-standard Mediterranean à la carte kitchen
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and professional kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to work across multiple kitchen stations
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid work permit for Malta
