- Prepare and cook Asian fusion dishes, following the restaurants recipes and guidelines.
- Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., wok, grill, sushi) and ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentoring to junior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are available for daily service.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in an Asian Fusion kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines and fusion techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.
