Join our team as Regional Sales Manager for Turkey – drive growth, build partnerships, and represent a leading English Language School internationally!EASY School of Languages, a leading English language institution in Malta, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for Turkey. The successful candidate will spearhead our market growth by developing partnerships with agents, schools, and universities, while ensuring EASY School remains a first choice for Turkish students seeking quality English education abroad. Key Competencies & Responsibilities: Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in education, travel, or related sectors. Strong market knowledge of Turkey with established networks in the education and language travel industry. Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies, achieving enrolment targets within the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Turkish and English. Skilled in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying emerging opportunities. Capacity to represent EASY School at fairs, workshops, and networking events in Turkey and internationally. Results-oriented, with strong reporting and CRM management abilities. A self-motivated professional, able to work independently while collaborating with the wider international sales team.   • Draw up an outline of trends or project proposal based on analyses and studies
