We serve clients in several industries, including but not limited to Insurance, Asset Management, Pensions, Crypto and Public Sector entities. We work hand in hand with specialists in various areas such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Regulatory and Legal, Data Analysts, etc.A career within Risk and Regulation services, will provide you with an opportunity to gain an understanding of an organisation’s objectives, regulatory and risk management environment, and the diverse needs of their critical stakeholders. We focus on helping organisations look deeper and see further considering areas like culture and behaviours to help improve and embed controls. In short, we seek to address the right risks and ultimately add value to their organisation.Within our Risk and Regulation offering of PwC you will have the opportunity to work on engagements relating to the following:Internal Audit, Fraud & forensics, Crisis & Resilience and Enterprise Risk Management. You will work in a friendly team-oriented environment where you can have fast professional and technical growth.Your MissionAs a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead projects and oversee team members during planning, execution and reporting while engaging with client contacts at all levelsPerforming audit projects and consulting engagements in accordance with established methodologyPreparing deliverables such as draft reports, presentations to Board/ Audit Committee and supporting business development initiatives such as preparation of proposalsEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships internally with PwC teams and external clients while establishing an understanding of client’s industry and issuesParticipate in the coaching and performance management process of the practice by developing junior team members, and promote teamwork within and across service linesContributing to the development of your own and team’s technical acumenAbout YouThe successful candidate will possess:ACCA qualified, ACA qualified or in possession of an equivalent University Degree.Pursuing or completion of certification such as CIA, CFE or CRMA will be an asset but not a requirementA minimum of 6 years of experience in internal audit and/ or external audit including some of the following areas: report writing, presentation of findings, reviewing business process controls, risk management, crisis & resilience and fraud & forensics.Experience in similar roles, financial services industry and local experience will be considered an asset but not a requirementBeing enthusiastic and eager to learn and willing to get to know new business processes and industriesConfident in establishing priorities, and monitoring project delivery and resolving problemsA desire for personal continuous improvementBeing analytical and with an eye for detailStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAt PwC we provide various benefits such as:Continuous personal and professional growth through our Learning and Development ProgramA dedicated Career Coach assigned to you to focus on helping you set your career path and reach your personal and professional goalsA Wellbeing Program, which includes an Employment Assistance Program, Nutritional Program and Fitness initiativeAnnual performance appraisalsA dynamic, diverse and young environmentInternational opportunitiesAn open door policyRegular social and sports activitiesIf this aligns with your values and who you are as a professional, then we want to hear from you!
