Associate (Lawyer) – Corporate and Commercial

• Manage M&A transactions from end-to-end, including coordinating due diligence, drafting and refining transaction documents, and overseeing the execution of completion materials
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on general commercial and corporate matters
• Deliver strategic support to the Corporate and Commercial practice group under the guidance of firm partners

• Fully qualified legal professional with a relevant Masters degree (LL.M.) or 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) is highly regarded
• Proven ability to maintain high standards and deliver results within fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• A natural collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented setting
• Exceptional command of both English and Maltese, with a focus on professional-grade written and verbal communication
