- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and tenant inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create, update, and maintain company records with new files and information.
- Organise paperwork according to an efficient filing system, both physical and digital.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to organise data and prepare basic reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in both Maltese and English.
- Receive and register queries and complaints raised by tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise any operational faults to the relevant in-house team leader.
- Assist in organising and retrieve any documentation from tenants.
- Coordination of the billing on due dates as per agreements.
- Support and provide your feedback during internal team meetings.
- Obtain quotations and prepare Purchase Orders in line with Policy.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Assist in general office duties as required.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Maltese and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
