HR Payroll Officer

• Process payroll for companies within the Group, including salaries, wages, pensions, overtime, and allowances
• Manage employee onboarding, terminations, leave, and absences
• Maintain accurate HR and payroll system records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment regulations
• Prepare reports and HR data for management, supporting decision-making and KPI tracking
• Oversee Time & Attendance schedules and provide department support
• Assist with end-of-year submissions, payroll audits, and outsourced service processing
• Support other HR functions as needed

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and A-Level standard of education
• Strong payroll experience, ideally within an HR environment
• Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
• Effective communication and organisational skills
• Strong ICT skills and attention to detail
