Cutajar & Co. Ltd. Building Relationships since 1865 Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers? We are currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join The Store one of our Retail outlets located in San Gwann. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Shop Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, assisting them with their selections, and ensuring they are given exceptional experience. The selected candidate will also be: - Ensuring that the Retail Outlet is consistently well-presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience; - Supporting the Retail Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and excellent customer service; - Assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets and objectives; - Implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales; - Promoting current offers and in-store promotions to customers during each transaction. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: - Has an outgoing and friendly personality; - Has a neat and professional appearance; - Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude; - Is competent in handling cash and card transactions; - Holds a valid working permit / employment license and a clean police conduct; - Is flexible at working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
