About the job Network Technical SpecialistManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Network Technical Specialist to join our client's Fixed Network team in Gozo.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair faults in the hybrid fibre-coax (HFC) network, ensuring minimal downtime.Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on fibre optic and coaxial infrastructure.Build and activate new HFC infrastructure, including cable splicing and emergency service restoration.Mentor and support fellow technicians while participating in training programs.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Key Requirements:Experience in installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HFC access networks (fibre and coax).Practical knowledge of RF principles and basic electrical concepts (Voltage, Current, Resistance).Proficiency in fibre/coax splicing and interpreting network design documentation.Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills with a customer-oriented approach.Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to mentor peers.#LI-DNP#LI-AB1
