- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Plan, create, and update menus in line with the brand’s identity.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Have at least two years’ experience in a senior kitchen role within a reputable establishment.
- Be passionate about food and committed to high standards.
- Be a strong leader, capable of motivating and managing a team.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Be reliable, flexible, and possess a professional attitude.
- Be in possession of a valid work permit to work in Malta and a clean police conduct.
- Ideally hold a culinary qualification from a recognised institution.
- Hold a Food Handlers License as per government legislation, as well as a food preparation certificate.
