
Team Restaurant Supervisor (Canteen)

- Oversees the daily operations of the Team Members’ Restaurant, ensuring timely meal service and food availability
- Monitors portion control and minimize food waste
- Ensures cleanliness and presentation of the Team Members’ Restaurant (tables, counters, service areas, food preparation areas, floors and waste disposal zones)
- Addresses feedback from team members and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintains canteen supplies (e.g., utensils, condiments, cleaning materials) and inform management of replenishment needs
- Assists in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards and ensures compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment
- Supports the kitchen team during busy periods
- Disposes of rubbish appropriately and keep kitchen storage areas organized
- Previous experience in a kitchen or Team Members’ Restaurant environment
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work early shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Valid Food Handling Certificate
- Experience supervising a small team or leading shifts
