We want you to dream big too and realise your own ambitions with us.Position Summary:The Activity Leader role is focused on delivering a great social programme to our students at all times by providing them with activities, excursions and great customer service, ensuring each student’s experience with EC exceeds their expectations.Key Responsibilities:

Assists in the planning, implementation and promoting of student activities, assisting students with their requirements in this area

Leading the student activities which can take place during the week or weekends, in the mornings, afternoons or evenings

Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements and service applications that positively impact the student’s experience
Ensure the activities and excursions operate to the highest standards of relevant Health & Safety and safeguarding practices

Education Required:

A-level or equivalent
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Experience Desired:

Customer Service experience
Working in a multi-cultural environment
Has personally travelled as a language student
Previous work experience in an English Language School
