- Has prior experience within the iGaming industry.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Is fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an asset).
- Is comfortable handling external communication via email and phone.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Can work on their own initiative and adapt quickly to change.
- Can manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Is meticulous, highly organized, and maintains accurate records.
- Demonstrates reliability and consistency.
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Compliance or a similar role.
- Experience in a Technical Compliance team or a technical background.
- Supporting the client and supplier onboarding process, including due diligence and record keeping.
- Monitoring supplier relationships in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
- Managing and maintaining training records across group companies.
- Assisting in internal and external audits.
- Supporting regulatory submissions, with the goal of taking ownership in time.
- Staying informed of internal standards, industry trends, and evolving business goals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations, and relevant technical documentation.
- Providing general support and undertaking ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Compliance department.
