Gastro Pub Bar Supervisor - Spring 2026

• Support the Outlet Manager and Head Bartender from pre-opening chaos to post-launch rhythm
• Keep the bar flowing: manage shifts, team vibes, drink quality, and guest satisfaction
• Help with training, scheduling, inventory, and maintaining top service standards
• Step in as acting bar lead when needed, leading the team with confidence and calm
• Bring fresh ideas for events, promotions, and creative ways to surprise guests
• Work closely with bartenders, service staff, and marketing to make the bar shine

• Have experience in busy bars, pubs, or F&B venues, especially with a strong focus on drinks service
• Know how to lead a team with energy, empathy, and a cool-under-pressure mindset
• Are organised, proactive, and always thinking ahead
• Understand how to balance people, product, and profit
• Speak fluent English (bonus points for other languages)
