The roleReport to the PSP Manager, the PSP Specialist will play a key part in shaping the Company's payment roadmap and strategy at the group level. You will be tasked with ensuring the optimal mix of payment methods for different markets and various brands. Your responsibilities will include analysing, optimising, and managing our payments solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support our internal product and tech teams during various stages of payments product integrations. This addition to the team is expected to bring substantial value by optimising our workflows and aligning with our strategic goals. Specifically, it will enhance our service delivery to clients and increase the Acceptance rate & Revenue from PSPs.Accountabilities
  • Maintain Provider relationships and follow up on commercials, performance, metrics and transaction troubleshooting;
  • Maintain documentation of Payment Methods such as customer flow, limits, etc.;
  • Being the main point of contact during the onboarding, filing application forms, providing documents, and integration of new payment services;
  • Manage escalation of payment issues with providers, tech support and other departments;
  • Gather feedback from CS/Payment/Risk Teams for further system improvements and assist Product Team with prioritisation;
  • Performing testing and quality assurance of payment methods;
  • Analysing data and performance regarding Payment products, creating reports and taking actions based on the results to maximize payment acceptance rate;
  • Figuring as a breach between developers and PSPs when implementing and launching new Payment Methods/PSPs;
  • Optimising payment method performance through payment gateway configuration, payment routing and risk configurations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Analytic & logic skills - needed for AR inconsistencies when investigating an issue;
  • Payments knowledge - understanding of payments ecosystem;
  • Knowledge of API (experience in requests and responses, checking logs of different integrations, etc.);
  • Commercially & business minded;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with others and be a team-player;
  • Multitasking & troubleshooting skills;
  • Experience within a similar environment in the iGaming or online payments industry;
  • Experience with payments aggregators (previous experience with PIQ ) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Excel and data management tools (like Power BI, Tableau).
