DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas GroupABOUT THE ROLEThe Payments Business Development Specialist owns the group's Payment Service Provider (PSP) relationship management including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating as well as supporting the legal onboarding of new PSPs.In this capacity, you will be contributing to LeoVegas' payment vendor roadmap and strategy on group level ensuring the best payment method mix for different geographies and various brands. This interesting opportunity comes with a variety of responsibilities, challenges but also mandate and impact.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:● Working closely with the Business Development Payments team to realise improvements on the payment setup.● Demonstrate ownership of problem spaces of limited complexity like sourcing new providers for a specific market and category● Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and document commercials accordingly● Analysing data on performance of Payment products and discuss them with Providers to maximize payments performance● Identify, recommend and deliver improvements to the customer experience.● Manage escalation of payment issues with providers, and other departments.● Communicate product changes to all meaningful partners within the company.● Maintain documentation of Payment Methods, including administration tasks as well as Provider contacts to ensure that the organisation can be up to date and trained on all Payment Methods.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:ESSENTIAL SKILLS:● Advanced understanding level of the payments ecosystem, including merchant needs, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, payments operations and reporting portals, is preferred● Basic data analysis skills to draw conclusions from payments performance data● Proven ability to negotiate, creative problem solving and excellent organizational skills● Detail oriented and multi-tasking ability - willing to get into the detail of processes and technology to improve our KPIs and balance multiple in-flight tasks and projects at any one timeNICE TO HAVES:● 2+ years of Business Development experience preferable within the online payments or gaming industryWHO WE ARE
