You’ll work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities.Our Risk Management team supports client-facing teams by mitigating and controlling client engagement risks. As our new Risk and Compliance Executive, you will:Perform due diligence on new and existing customers by requesting KYC information and documentation, thoroughly reviewing and verifying all received data to make analytical risk assessments in line with policies and procedures.Complete AML and KYC reviews and remediation on customer case files across all risk thresholds, ensuring compliance with relevant sector-specific and geographical regulations.Conduct comprehensive research using public domain sources, client databases, and customer outreach to support accurate risk evaluations.Accurately update internal and client metrics trackers to maintain transparency and support decision-making.Build and deepen your knowledge of regulatory developments shaping the industry, and stay aware of key issues impacting regulated firms.Adapt proactively to new regulatory changes and developments within the compliance landscape.Stay current on laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure PwC’s ongoing compliance and safeguard our reputation.At PwC, you will have opportunities to grow your expertise through continuous learning, collaborate across diverse teams to drive innovative compliance strategies, and contribute meaningfully to protecting businesses and clients.We embrace flexibility in how you work, supporting your professional development and enabling you to make a tangible impact in a dynamic regulatory environment.About You:We’re looking for someone who:Demonstrates excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHas a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and risk assessment methodologiesIs eager to learn and grow within this fieldPossesses strong written and verbal communication skillsCan work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholdersPays strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential risks proactivelyCommunicates effectively to provide clear guidance on compliance mattersBrings a unique perspective and values collaborationIs adaptable, eager to learn, and able to contribute positively to a diverse teamHolds a KYC Diploma/Certification or similar qualification. A degree or diploma in Criminology, Commerce or a related field will be considered an assetHas 1-2 years of risk management or KYC work experience (considered an asset)Why PwC?
