Lead Technician (Mechanical)

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs and diagnostics.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability by minimizing downtime.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop team skills through training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure KPIs, quality standards, and production targets are met.

• Provide on-the-floor leadership, assigning and supervising tasks.
• Promote a positive, safe, and efficient working culture.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
• Train and coach team members to enhance technical and soft skills.
• Write, amend, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards and conduct related training.
