Through constant innovation, the iGaming Platform Team strives to maintain its competitive edge through state-of-the-art technology, providing clients with an unparalleled experience at any given time.Purpose of the role:You will play a key role in driving product development by transforming high-level business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders, design, and development teams, you will ensure alignment, smooth delivery of features, and well-documented processes that support both short-term project goals and long-term product growth.Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine high-level requirements into detailed requirements.
- Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements.
- Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for the development and design teams, tracking them through the entire lifecycle.
- Facilitate and conduct estimation sessions with the development team.
- Create, update, and maintain product documentation.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, design, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, backlog management, and product lifecycle.
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and estimation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes, edge cases, and system behavior.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- English on at least Upper-Intermediate level, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
