A Boutique Aviation and Yachting Law firm based in Valetta, Malta, urgently requires a
Corporate Lawyer to join their small, highly specialized team.As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for safeguarding the business from a legal perspective and will be handling corporate and legal matters of a number of locally registered companies, forming part of the wider organisation.Role and Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Commercial Agreements, Company Resolutions, Memorandums and Articles of Association
Filing of statutory forms and certain company resolutions with the MBR and other regulatory jurisdictions
Supporting various companies by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and advising Management on best approach
Analysing legal implications of various issues across all companies and advising Management thereon
Drafting and reviewing of Policies and Procedures
Reviewing compliance with regulatory requirement

Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese, written and spoken
LLD & Warranted to practice law in Malta
Solid understanding of Maltese corporate law
Experience within aviation and/or yachting would be an asset
