The organization is a well-established international financial services provider specializing in fund administration and investor services. With a strong reputation and global client base, the business offers a structured and professional environment, giving you exposure to industry-leading practices and international fund structures.You will be part of a collaborative Transfer Agency team responsible for maintaining investor relationships and supporting daily fund operations. Working alongside experienced professionals, the team ensures high standards of service delivery, allowing you to learn directly from experienced colleagues while developing your technical expertise.In this role, you will support the processing of investor transactions, perform AML checks, and maintain shareholder records, enabling you to gain practical experience across key areas of fund administration and compliance. You will also liaise with investors and assist with reporting activities, giving you valuable exposure to both operational and client-facing aspects of the role.This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career to develop within a structured environment, allowing you to build strong technical foundations and progress within the financial services industry over time.Key Responsibilities

Completing AML checks on shareholder accounts (individual and corporate accounts)
Processing transaction order requests (such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, etc.)
Maintaining the Shareholder Registers of the various funds under administration
Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers
Managing the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers

Key Requirements

A diploma in Compliance and/or AML would be considered as an asset
Experience of up to 1 year in a fund administration and/or an AML role
Be able to work accurately to tight deadlines
