- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of long-term strategy to position the business as a modern product and service provider both to setups in Malta, and business clients not in Malta
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and performance across the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Financial Oversight: Direct budgeting, forecasting and reporting to ensure healthy and sustainable financial management
- Corporate Governance: Ensure robust structures for governance, compliance and legal alignment
- Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, instilling accountability and growth across senior management
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators, banks and other stakeholders
- Service Quality and Delivery: Uphold quality standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement across all functions
- Innovation and Modernisation: Champion digital transformation and forward-looking business practices
- Performance Monitoring: Review financial and operational performance of affiliated companies with a consultative approach
- Strategic Advisory: Provide professional input to related business units in a non-operational capacity
- Business Development: Identify and propose new business initiatives aligned with the Group’s diversification objectives
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Finance or related discipline
- Experience: Executive leadership within manufacturing or B2B environments; experience in multi-entity or family business settings considered an asset
- Language Skills: Strong command of English. Maltese language skills are highly beneficial
- Leadership: Track record in leading teams, aligning performance and setting direction
- Commercial Acumen: Strategic and financial insight to drive business health and development, commercially savvy to assist in attracting new business and retaining strong rapport with current ones
- Governance: Knowledge of company law and regulatory obligations and high ethical standards
- People Management: Effective leadership through clarity, empathy and decisiveness
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capability and comfort in complex settings
