Join a well-respected corporate services provider in Malta, celebrated for its collaborative culture, diverse expertise, and strong growth. This is a pivotal leadership position where your technical know-how and people skills will deliver immediate impact, with a clear, structured career path towards senior leadership.You’ll oversee a team of up to four experienced administrators, each managing their own portfolio, while acting as the key reference point for corporate governance, compliance, and company law. From company incorporations to drafting board minutes, steering the team, and fulfilling CoSec responsibilities, you’ll take full ownership and have visibility across complex structures. This role offers autonomy, recognition, and the opportunity to refine and evolve team operations as the business expands.Working closely with senior leadership and fund directors, you’ll help shape the corporate function’s strategic direction.
