Requirements: Revit, AutoCAD, ability to work under pressure and a proven track record working in interior design, preferably having worked on a variety of interiors projects, including hospitality, residential and/or commercial projects, among others.Responsibilities: Working on a full-time basis, the chosen candidate will primarily be responsible for: • Support the delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality control for finishing works and FF&E. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. • Assist with site supervision, snagging, and handover processes. • Contribute to design documentation, including technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and procurement documents. • Participate in BIM development and maintain project documentation. Requirements: • An interior design qualification to advanced diploma level and/or a recognized qualification in this field from an accredited and reputable school; • A proven track record working in interior design, preferably having worked on a variety of interiors projects, including hospitality, residential and/or commercial projects, among others. • Highly cognizant and abreast with all applicable standards, legislations and practices applicable to the construction industry in Malta; • An immense passion for design with an understanding of and experience in integrated interior architecture; • Proficiency in Revit • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is considered an asset. Additional experience in 3D modelling and rendering, as well as expertise in presentation software, would be highly advantageous.
