Maintaining hotel area and facilities cleanliness1. Cleaning hotel public area asper company's standard operating procedure. 2. Providing excellent service in all guests and making sure guests will have an excellent stay. 3. Doing on cal for any room service request. Example, needing some towels or any amenities specially when room attendants are not available. 4. Air the rooms
Dust & clean floors, carpets, furniture and objects. Ventilate rooms
Dust, sort out waste and empty dustbins
Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
Clean floors and furniture
Clean toilets and kitchens. Fill towel and soap dispenser
Change sheets and make up beds
Clean glass surfaces on ground floor (windows, walls, mirrors...)
Clean: clean windows
Change sheets, make up beds (fresh linen, folding...). Replace towels
Check appearance of processed linen. Isolate damaged items and remove
Clean and iron restaurant linen
Distribute linen items according to different working zones' needs
Monitor stock of linen and wash, iron, store... all items
Organise and co-ordinate activities of linen/laundry department (clean, iron, check tidiness...)
Receive and distribute clean linen. Sort dirty linen of department or person under care
Receive and identify linen (articles by type, customer...) for distribution among working zones
Sort linen according to type, colour and make of textile. Set aside undesired objects
Take dirty linen to internal/external laundry service. Check condition of returned linen
Take linen to the different work places
