Compliance Officer - Market Entry

• Assess and analyze regulatory requirements in target markets for product registration and compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies for market entry, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit regulatory documentation and applications.
• Conduct thorough research on sector regulations, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update the team accordingly.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory authorities and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Provide training and support to internal teams regarding compliance obligations and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
• Assist in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for market entry challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market entry processes in various regions.
• Exceptional analytical and research skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite.
• Fluency in additional languages would be beneficial.
