A leading financial services company in Malta is currently looking to grow their team by hiring a Junior Compliance Officer. As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will monitor and ensure the company's compliance with local and international legislation, conduct risk assessments and investigations as required, and assist with the overall onboarding process of the company's clientele. You will also be supporting in preparing regulatory reports for senior management and providing guidance and training to staff depending on the needs. The perfect candidate for this role must have a bachelor's degree in law, Compliance, Finance or a related field, good written and oral English skills, and strong analytical and communication competence.
