Our expanding health clinic in Ta’ Xbiex is looking for a Part-Time Clinic Receptionist. Flexible hours (mostly evenings, occasional Fridays and Saturdays) between 10-20hrs weekly.Responsibilities include:– Meeting and greeting patients in clinic– Booking appointments via phone/email or other platforms.– Providing information about our services in a clear manner (training will be given).– Maintenance, general tidiness and upkeep of the clinic.– Managing stock levels of items for sale.– Direct phone answering +Answering of reception email + Answering of website chat, Messenger and Whatssapp.We utilise automated technology for appointment reminders, intake forms and online booking. It is essential that you are proficient in general computer and software use.– Advanced English certification, Cambridge C1 or higher, GCSE or higher– Knowledge of Maltese is an advantage– Fast typing skills– Knowledge of Gmail, word processing, Google Drive and other Google Workplace features– Basic knowledge of spreadsheets– Experience in the use of social media platforms.Qualities we look for:– Great communication skills:Polite, efficient and timely response to emails, phone calls and messages.
