- Customer support: handling questions via chat, email and phone about games, bonuses, payments and accounts.
- Responsible gaming: identifying risky behaviour, performing checks and conducting intervention conversations to promote safe and responsible play.
- Guidance and prevention: contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of our responsible gaming measures.
- Documentation and reporting: recording cases in our system and working closely with Compliance on sensitive matters.
- Improving the player experience: actively collecting player feedback and contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Collaboration: working closely with colleagues from customer support, compliance and marketing to ensure a smooth and safe player journey.
- Fluent Dutch in writing and speech. English is an advantage.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is required.
- Experience or demonstrable affinity with responsible gaming or addiction prevention is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Experience with customer contact via chat, email or phone.
- Accurate, stress resistant and detail oriented.
- Flexible and remote work, with Malta as your base location.
