Logistics Coordinator

• Order and Procurement Management: You'll receive and validate purchase requests, place and track orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory and Quality Control: You'll oversee the receiving of goods, perform quality checks, and manage inventory to prevent loss or damage. This includes conducting monthly stock takes and ensuring proper storage.
• Delivery Coordination: You'll schedule and oversee the delivery of products to our customers, optimizing timelines and costs while keeping all stakeholders informed with timely updates.
• Process Improvement: You'll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to continuously improve our logistics processes, making them more efficient and cost-effective.
• Documentation and Reporting: You'll maintain detailed records of all logistics activities and generate reports on stock levels and order fulfillment.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role is a must.
• A valid Maltese driving license is a must.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with tracking shipments, managing purchase orders, and maintaining detailed records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
• A professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
