I’m recruiting a talented Data Architect to join an innovative data team within a prominent financial institution based in Malta. With exciting projects on the horizon and our data infrastructure expanding, a skilled individual is required to drive forward our data architecture initiatives.As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining data architectures. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing scalable data models, and ensuring data integrity and security.This role presents fantastic opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Working alongside a dedicated and experienced team, and with strong support from management, this is an exceptional chance to thrive in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain the organization’s data architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Develop and implement data standards and best practices
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a Data Architect role
Strong proficiency in database design and data modeling
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Airflow)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
