The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in the operational success of the marketing department. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between creative strategy and technical execution. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, maintain our digital presence, and manage key stakeholder relationships to drive brand growth within a highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all departmental output adheres to industry compliance standards and internal approval internal processes.Assist with reporting, invoices and supplier coordination.Utilise project management frameworks to track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure the seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns.Support website updates and content changes under guidance from the marketing team. Manage the technical execution of recurring investor communications, ensuring high standards of data integrity and cross-departmental alignment.Coordinate the roll-out of high-priority product and feature launchesSupport PR activity and media outreach as directed.Collaborate with external and internal partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support new product integrations.Support event logistics and coordination (venues, suppliers, invites, materials)2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within Fintech, Banking, or a regulated Professional Services environment.Tertiary level of education within Marketing and/or Public RelationsDirect interest in trading and investments is considered an assetProficient with key marketing tools and CRM systems, including WordPress, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM systemsProven experience using Jira or similar project management softwareSkilled in compiling campaign reports and analyzing pre-campaign dataDetailed oriented with exceptional organization skills and proactive approachCapable of coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving industryRemuneration
