Our client, a leading agent for Malta residency and citizenship programmes, is looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager with website management, social media, marketing materials, and research. This role is ideal for candidates with creative design skills and a strategic approach to marketing.This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €40K, plus benefits.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the company website using WordPressCoordinate with external web developers as neededCreate professional digital and offline marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the company's identitySupport campaigns and promotions with high-quality design assetsManage the company's LinkedIn presence and optimise content strategyIdentify and attend industry conferences, events, and corporate forumsConduct market research to identify trends and new opportunitiesWork closely with the sales team on materials, presentations, and campaign planningContribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiativesTrack engagement and provide insights to improve social media and marketing effectivenessEducation, Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role in MaltaFluency in English (C2/native level), both written and spokenProficiency in digital marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similarExcellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skillsExperience managing LinkedIn content and understanding marketing metrics and analyticsAbout the RoleSalary up to €40K, plus benefitsOffice-based in MriehelLaptop provided by the companyHealth insuranceFree parkingOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
