Our fleet is expanding and we are searching for hard working and experienced cab drivers to join our team.The chosen candidate will be working as a cab driver, form part of our fleet, and working for our clients, namely Uber and Bolt amongst others. The chosen candidate will be responsible for completing rides as requested by passengers through platforms provided by our clients. The ideal candidate should be: - in possession of a valid Maltese or European driving license to be able to drive a four wheeler - in possession of a valid Transport Malta Tag - possess a course of Customer Care (PTA) - available to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays since these are our busiest times - comfortable driving in rainy, stormy, windy weather - comfortable with driving a four wheeler and driving for extended amounts of time - having a clean driving record and be committed to ensuring that no accidents are caused through reckless driving, and be willing to follow Maltese road laws and regulations at all times - be able to keep ultra calm and professional in Maltese traffic, instances of road rage and violence will not be tolerated especially when passengers are present - having a clean police conduct - committed to ensuring that passengers feel safe throughout the entirety of their trip - able to drive safely and well under pressure and under time constraints, and be able to multitask (speaking to passengers whilst driving, etc.) - proficient in English in order to communicate with passengers in person as well as on the phone and by texting - willing to entertain passengers looking for conversation or tourists asking for recommendations regarding local spots to visit, as well as the knowledge to respond to any requests from passengers concerning things to do or see in the country - proficient in using a smart phone - literate and numerate since the job requires taking payments and handling cash, as well as giving out change at times - able to maintain the vehicle and any equipment provided, by informing the manager concerned when an issue arises with the vehicle, service is required, or the vehicle needs to be cleaned and be able to perform basic vehicle maintenance - having previous experience as a cab driver, preferably at least 6 months plus of previous relevant work experience Any interested candidates should send a detailed CV and covering letter by email on .ProfilesCompetencies

Check state of vehicle and clean it
Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
Prepare the vehicle, choose routes, foresee possible bad conditions
Drive a private vehicle to a specific delivery or collect point (transportation between sites, pick up service...)
Give information to passengers during a leisure trip
Transport: persons with limited mobility
Receive passengers, inform them, assist them...
Provide transportation: to airports
Take passengers to their destination according to route agreed upon in advance
Offer comfort to travellers
Do basic maintenance of vehicle
