
Travel Logistics Executive

- Create reservations, booking ticketing, hotel bookings, chauffeur service etc, depending on the request
- Rebook tickets, execute the necessary changes as required and resolve booking problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving any problems faced and handling all complaints promptly
- Compile regular and ad-hoc reports ensuring these are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeframes
- Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs
- Communicate information to clients accurately and appropriately
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Being fully conversant on multiple airline platforms and GDSs
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus system is essential, candidates without this requirement will be closed off
- Previous experience working in an airport and travel agency is required
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- IT savvy - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Have an excellent level of spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic will be an asset
- Be confident, able to work independently using their own initiative and highly organised
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
