Job Role

Carry out painting, plastering, and general masonry works across the hotel premises
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned
Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and finished according to the required standards
Assist in general maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
Follow all health and safety protocols and use tools and materials responsibly
Report any damages or required repairs to the maintenance supervisor promptly
Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace after completing tasks
Collaborate with other maintenance and technical staff to support smooth hotel operations

Job Requirements

Proven experience in painting and masonry work, preferably in a hospitality or commercial environment
Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in painting and masonry
Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings or instructions
Good physical condition and ability to work in different weather conditions or at height if necessary
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
Must be currently residing in Malta
Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
