- Identify relevant marketplaces for the brand’s niche and positioning
- Prioritize marketplaces based on sales potential, fees, logistics, and audience
- Contact marketplaces to present the brand and its products
- Manage the acceptance and onboarding process until the account is fully active
- Prepare and upload product catalogs to each marketplace
- Verification of product identifiers (SKU) to prevent listing errors and ensure compliance
- Management and optimization of product variants (size, color, model) to enhance the customer experience
- Optimize product listings for marketplaces’ internal SEO: titles, descriptions, categories, tags, images
- Synchronize inventory and pricing with Shopify or ERP
- Track sales and performance per marketplace
- Adjust prices, promotions, and inventory to maximize revenue
- Identify top-performing products and those to improve
- Monitor orders and customer returns
- Handle shipping, invoicing, and marketplace-related issues
- Communicate with marketplace support when needed
- Provide regular reports on sales, performance, and opportunities
- Recommend corrective or strategic actions based on data
- Perform cross-marketplace and product-level analysis
- Define the roadmap for launching on new marketplaces
- Identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships
- Experience with Mirakl and other multi-marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including Shopify integrations.
- Experience managing product catalogs, SKUs, and variant optimization.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and optimization strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English or French.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
