- Design technically sound and cost-effective solutions that align with client requirements and budget limitations.
- Review customer inquiries and develop feasible, well-costed proposals.
- Define and implement order-winning strategies.
- Analyse administrative, commercial, and technical tender specifications.
- Prepare detailed responses to enquiry documentation and provide timely clarifications.
- Conduct value-engineering designs to optimise solutions.
- Ensure all tender aspects are reviewed and properly addressed.
- Perform site visits and inspections to assess feasibility and identify potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee internal processes and working environments to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Enforce adherence to company SOPs and quality standards (ISO, LPCB, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records and document sorting, including client approvals.
- Address disciplinary matters within the team when required.
- Lead by example through professional conduct and accountability.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all project stages.
- Ensure proactive and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Deliver flexible and supportive service to encourage client retention and repeat business.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback as needed.
- Preferably Degree Qualified (within Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
- Preferably holder of Maltese engineering warrant or working towards the warrant.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
- Prior experience in fire safety and security systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
- Valid Maltese driving licence.
