Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Solutions Engineer (ELV) to join our clients team.Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the full bid and tender process, from enquiry review to final submissionDesign cost-effective ELV solutions aligned with client technical and budget requirementsPrepare technical and commercial proposals, costings, and value-engineering solutionsLiaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers during enquiry, negotiation, and contract stagesEnsure proper handover of confirmed projects, including documentation and ERP setupKey Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or sales engineeringExperience in Fire Safety and Security or ELV systemsStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple enquiriesGood communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsValid Maltese driving licence#LI-DNP
