- Receive vacancies from managers, review requirements, and prepare job descriptions/profiles
- Advertise roles across media channels and collaborate with local and international recruitment agencies
- Source, contact, and match suitable candidates to vacancies
- Organise and participate in interviews, conduct background checks, and request references when needed
- Evaluate candidates using assessment tools and create shortlists for managers
- Follow up with candidates and managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies, candidates, and the marketing team to support employer branding
- Ensure candidate data is accurate, secure, and up to date
- Design effective adverts, structured interview processes, and initiatives to improve retention and engagement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and retention programmes
- Issue invoices for recruitment services provided (where applicable)
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and staff
- Plan, develop, and coordinate training programmes, including inductions and skills workshops
- Oversee training delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and progress tracking
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update content when required
- Liaise with external training providers and apply for training funding opportunities
- Keep up to date with best practices and research in workplace learning and development
- MQF Level 6 qualification (Degree)

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Englis
- Good understanding of various industries and their requirements

- Skilled in using different recruitment techniques and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Understanding of psychometric assessments and ability to administer psychometric tests
