We are currently supporting a leading professional services firm in the search for Accounting & Compliance professionals across multiple levels, from Assistant through to Manager.Key Responsibilities :

Maintaining accounting records and posting transactions
Preparing management accounts, budgets, and financial reports
Preparing financial statements in line with IFRS and/or GAPSME
Supporting clients with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
Assisting with administrative and operational finance tasks
Handling bank reconciliations and general account administration
Liaising with auditors and supporting audit processes
Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact (senior levels)
Planning and coordinating engagements, timelines, and deliverables (senior/manager levels)
Reviewing work and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met (senior/manager levels)
Coaching and mentoring junior team members (senior/manager levels)
Identifying process improvements and supporting the use of technology
Contributing to business development and client relationship growth (manager level)

Requirements

Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAPSME
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in a corporate services or audit environment is an asset

Education and Experience

Manager level: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience
Senior level: Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) and/or nearing completion of ACCA
Assistant level: A'Level standard of education; currently pursuing ACCA or equivalent
