- Monitor and actively participate in discussions across our Swiss digital platforms, including forums, social media channels, and messaging apps, to foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, addressing any issues such as inappropriate language, misinformation, or off-topic posts.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and reports in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Ensure all community interactions and content are culturally appropriate and resonate with the Swiss audience, taking into account regional nuances and languages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize virtual and in-person events aimed at increasing community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Track community metrics to assess engagement levels, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably within the Swiss market.
- Fluency in German and French; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Swiss culture and regional differences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with community management tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
