We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Care Worker to support elderly individuals in their own homes.ProfilesCompetencies

Do the dishes and stow them away. Tidy and clean the kitchen and sanitary facilities
Check health condition of patient. Observe mood swings/behaviour changes... Inform parties concerned (family, doctor...)
Do shopping, prepare meals, do administrative formalities... for a person with a caring need
Assist people in their daily activities
Help patient during everyday activities. Observe changes in patient's condition
Accompany patient/person in need of care on walks or displacements
Do animation/recreational activities (games, reading). Stimulate person encouring participation
Change sheets and make up beds
Do daily shopping (groceries) according to instructions
Help with bodily care and provide comfort to patients (wash face and hands, brush hair...)
Work with target group: persons with mental disability
Work with target group: persons with impaired motor skills
Work with target group: ill persons
Target group: elderly
Target group: terminally ill persons
Target group: persons with dementia
Maintain and clean communal parts
Clean and store clothes and other textiles (washing, sewing, ironing)
Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
