Purchasing & Shipping Officer

• Monitor inventory levels and review sales data to accurately forecast purchasing requirements
• Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring all details are correct and well communicated
• Keep stock levels balanced by avoiding both shortages and excess inventory
• Organise and oversee shipments, choosing the most efficient and cost-effective transport methods
• Follow up on orders and keep internal teams informed on delivery schedules
• Manage product costing and handle all related internal and external communications
• Oversee customs clearance and coordinate with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Previous experience in a similar purchasing or shipping role is considered an asset
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
