- Support SlotMatrix Account Management team by preparing and distributing key client information while managing internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage a substantial portfolio of client accounts, providing dedicated support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments like Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Games.
- Track, report, and analyze client performance KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement while assisting with upsell strategies for new products and game offerings.
- Monitor casino site performance, ensuring clients optimize their available portfolio, stay informed on SlotMatrix product updates, and leverage promotional opportunities.
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly reports and QBR sessions, offering insights to enhance client engagement and business performance.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, team gatherings, workshops, and training sessions to strengthen relationships and knowledge sharing.
- Handle administrative and process management tasks to support commercial operations and maintain alignment across all departments.
- Support marketing efforts, ensuring clients stay informed about key initiatives and promotional activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks and respect deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Data & Analytical Mindset. Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is an advantage.
- Experience in the iGaming industry or a strong passion for gaming, casino content, and commercial operations.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and finding creative solutions under pressure.
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
